Starting up the BatCycle

This bike was Batman's motorcycle for the Batman Stunt show in Six Flags Chicago back in the early 90's
So now it is mine. But theres alot of work that needs to be done on it and it's my first bike. My dad told me that it sounds like one of the pistons isn't firing. Take a listen and let me know what you guys think. The whoosh-whoosh sound is just something in the camera. The bike doesn't actually have that noise. i also found some rust in the fuel tank so I wonder if that being mixed in the fuel is causing the stutter.
Any help on figuring out whats wrong?

Nice crack in the frame on the left side, should get that taken care of. That's due to it being stunted.
