This Video was made and sent to Arizona DDD with hopes that they will appeal their decision on cutting his Occupational therapies and speech therapies in half. I do not know if they will watch it. But I pray they do. I pray they accept our appeal.

@peterstone14 He is a near drown. He was left with a babysitter and he went into the pool. They did CPR on him over an hour and brought him back to life and gave us all a new life. you can read more at prayforsantana . org
