没有你的圣诞节 （xmas w/out u)

It has been a year now since I uploaded my first youtube video. Sort of sad to acknowledge that I only seem to get the time for it this time of the year. It looks like I'll make this a Christmas tradition then.
The song itself was originally performed by 80s artist Kay Wong (Huang Yunling; 黄韵玲) but I mainly got my inspiration from a jazzy cover version by Valen Hui (Xu Ruyun; 许茹芸). Both interpretations allude to the traditional Western Christmas song "Silent Night" and the cover also ends in a "Jingle Bells" innuendo.
This is one of the better takes out of about 20 but still it is far from perfect. I blame the languid singing on the recent consumption of copious amounts of Xmas pastry...
