Here it is in English:
Some syringes come already loaded. Those are injected at a 90 degree angle.
Use an ice cube to numb the area.
Chose a spot without visible veins to avoid bleeding and bruising.
I place the needle against my skin and tell myself "This is the most it's going to hurt," and I push it in (as if it were a thumb tack). Bingo!

Tengo unas recomendaciones:
Lavense las manos.
Algunas jeringas vienen ya cargadas. Esas se inyectan a 90 grados.
Usen un cubito de hielo para no sentirla.
Escojen un lugar sin venitas para no sacar sangre y evitar moretones.
Yo pongo la aguja contra mi piel, y me digo "No va a doler mas que esto," y empujo. Ya!
