@Teardrops141 thank you teardrop, i appreciate it. and need it, just today i was staring at a piece of fudge....mouth dribbling..lol Thatnk you, i love my freckles now too. i hated them most my life though:) yes that is it ketosis. i was trying to find the word.. thank you teacher lol

great advice, so true about people getting discouraged after they eat something. i had a salad and i am back on track again and really i don't see much of a bad effect from salad i ate lol. its better to have something light like you said then to just give up :)
