NYCEDC helps two Williamsburg chocolatiers, Mast Brothers Chocolate, carry 20 tons of cocoa beans by sailboat from the Dominican Republic to Red Hook, to turn into chocolate. This was the first time a sailing ship had unloaded commercial cargo in New York since 1939. Video by NYCEDC/James Chang.
