  • Man, I'm constantly grappling with guys 50lbs heavier than me (170lbs) and getting a triangle gets hard. This definitely great options.

  • I just showed this to my grappling students and now they are going for omoplatas just so they can use this move since it has so many options and is pretty high percentage. Thanks!
