Hell, I'll eat crawfish if they're cooked right. When I was a kid it was always minnows and shrimp for bait. We lived on the gulf.

I just loop around and tie it with a knot on the end...I had more string on the pipe than was needed.

If ya go to dollar general the pool noodles they had has a hole in the center big enough to slide over a 3/4 pipe. The noodles aint slit but they also come in neon colors. I know the dollar general in pine bluff and jonesboro had them, other should also. Other stores the hole was too small.
