NFC Chip Demo

NFC is a small chip that can be embedded in cell phones, it's already in most new credit cards as well. This is a demonstration of all the things you can use NFC for, including payments.

It has been in the US for several years - just a matter of the roll-out reaching a critical mass. If you really want it - tell the people at the cash-register!!

this is starting to take off in the US. PayPass is at lots of gas stations and 711 and movie theaters. Blaze mobile even did a sticker that you can put on your phone if it doesn't have NFC capability.

nfc-triggered payments are more secure than cash, more convenient, faster, they cost the retailer less, and they are easier.

I'd much rather this than the on-going paranoia about the world changing and going digital. Wake up mate!
