The bible also says that all sin a man does is outside his body but sexual sin is within. Let Jesus in and He can and will change that. Many people are beat up for their sexual choice (not orientation, it is a choice) and many more commit suicide. I have both a gay sister and gay daughter, love them both, pray for them, remind them God loves them and that their choice is a sin. Neither believe in a loving God but I pray one day they will.

I agree with you. My husband and I get into arguments about this all the time because I have a gay sister. She is one of the best people I know. Sheis more active in the chursh then I ever was and she turns the other cheek when people so/do horrible things to her. I think its a shame that such a beautiful, wonderful, loveing person is looked down apon because of how she loves when there are many straight self proclamed "christians" that commit horrible acts every day. It shouldn't matter.

Bible says, "Homosexual is sin". First of all, this is a very dangerous, evil message. It succeeded killing gay youth raised in many, many thousands of anti-gay Christian families. It doesn't make me mad. It makes me very sad, knowing that it will continue to kill gay youth, to encourage anti-gay parents turning back on their gay children and make gay youth run away. I cannot see how Bible's one sided misinterpretation "homosexuality is sin" is very helpful or loving.

I have never heard of someone being killed for being homosexual- if that is true, it is very wrong and does not follow the Bible... "You shall not kill." People like that are not true Christians and do not understand God or the Bible. They make real Christians look bad, and I pray God would change their hearts!!

people are beaten/killed for their sexual orientation all the time, every day. We spend so much time worshiping a book(the bible)that we forget that we are all Gods children. We do not choose who we love, we are born the way we are born, it is not the job of the Christian religion to say thats right or wrong. Plus if love comes from God why does it matter what it says in a book written thousands of years ago. We should just try to be good loving people and stop being so judgmental.

Christians are not to judge- we are here to love. I am not going to argue with you about what God's Word says is right and wrong, but obviously many "Christians" are wrong to behave that way-- and God will judge them for it. I'm sorry you have bad experiences with fake Christians. Jesus is not like that.

I was responding to deafg33k 's comment. Sorry I did not comment about gay/lesbian. But I know that the Bible says homosexual life is sin. Many people have accepted Jesus and been changed from that life. I know it makes people mad, but the Truth is that God did not create us like that. I still love gay people, but I pray they will be saved.
