In the US, due to State Standardized & High-Stakes Tests, PE is replaced with reading & test taking programs. It's horrible. Schools can't find a balance. Humans are more than just one aspect. We're creatures of both mind & body, & educators need to get together & set this balance in their classrooms, because governments are just making things worse. It doesn't matter where you're from, we all suffer when governments butt into community welfare, especially it's future. Ed. is politics.
