I decided to do a weigh-in video this morning...I lost weight! I lost another 5 pounds! I'm so happy from all the hard work I've put into P90X. It's only going to get better from here!

  • How much wieght have u lost all together so far? And I am proud of u! P90X is not easy and I am doing it too so FUCK what everyone else says ur doing a great job!!!!

  • @lizzygibbs Well this was last year, but I'm at 237 as of today. If you go by the video, that means I've lost 16.4 lbs but from when I started the channel it's a total of 27 lbs.

  • Congrats on your results, 1 question, are you doing the diet plan, sorry if its a dumb question i just don't know if you are following it. I'm 17 years old, my cousin is letting me borrow hers but my mom thinks it to much for the fat shredder phase, the part that gets her is the omelet with like 8 egg whites or so, she won't let me do that, it sucks, but do you think i have to follow the P90X diet plan or can i do my own, healthy eating.

  • @MPORFOR I don't follow any diet whatsoever. Just start the program and you'll notice results simply because you're working out much more than you were before. I simply make sure to get in 3 fruits, 4-5 veggies, and not much starches. Protein is essential but I get about 2-3 servings each day. Otherwise just make sure to eat less and get to work. I've eaten at restaurants and had fast food, but I put in the work. It's paying off :)

  • @SchlossyTV cool, i'm on recovery week 4, in some way this is my 2nd time doing P90X but i didn't finish it the first time, i did only till week 8 then i just fell of the wagon, but i did lose inches, but now i'm more determined to finish P90X, when i first started(2 1/2 months ago) i was 215 lbs and now starting over on week 4 i'm 200, my waist was 47''(ouch) and now week 4 i'm 41'', so im motivated , my abs aren't to defined, like i want them to be but i'll just do my best, & good luck.
