@andros47- This is neither a term paper, nor an essay, so who gives a damn if I'm missing some commas and periods, etc.... And I will learn how to think when you learn the "REAL" reason why there is a quote on quote, "lack of knowledge on the part of some of the electorates, due to the Voting Rights Act. That comment you made alone shows a lack thereof.
