Looks like a rectangular brush with angle dictated by direction and size by brush pressure, although he has a couple of variations of the brush

I know they ALWAYS ask this but what song was that? Or what band etc. It was brilliant.
Also, I really like the end design, I wish I had the easy erase luxuries with pencils and paper.
