plyometrics and core training is what u need to do to get those 10 to 15 inches to dunk or spike a volleyball....u gotta want it and put in work...results come in months

How wan anyone listen to guy who looks like this. This is no plyometric. Plyometric mean you must explode as fast as you hit the ground. This stuff is scary I dont know why there are so many posers in workout world

@tonyfakeslikebear Well maybe the reason they're walking is because they can't physically do running and jumping and stuff. You don't need to be an asshole. At least they're trying to better their lives.

its funny when you see overweight people just walking on a treadmill at the gym while reading a magazine or watching tv. lol no wonder you people arent losing weight. heres a tip: try doing what these guys are doing 2x a week and maybe you'll lose some fat rolls...
you cant just walk a few miles or spend 20 mins on the stair master and think you've done something. put down the fork and get off your ass!!!
