By Paul Shillito www.classitronic.net.
Aquarium from the Carnival of the animals suite, Composed by Camille Saint-Saëns. Electronically recreated by Paul Shillito in an Isao Tomita style or classitronic, as i like to call it.

One of my favourite pieces of music. After a long gap I managed to get this piece done in a record breaking time for me of about 10 hours (excluding video).

It was made using just one synth, an Arturia Origin digital modular with effects processing by Eventide Pitchfactor, EHX Cathedral, Line 6 M13 and Strymon El Capistan and Digitech Timebender, all assembled in Cubase 5.5.

The main inspiration behind the sounds was Tomita's debut album Snowflakes are Dancing as you will no doubt recognise :-)
