Shanghai

Shanghai. What a city, lots of people, everything is for sale, and lights are everywhere. I expected the city to feel much bigger, but I guess I have yet to let it sink in exactly how large the city is. It is so easy to get around, taxis are everywhere and inexpensive but one thing is for sure I could never drive here. People are selling anything and everything here, I told Lu that if I ever get lost all I have to do is find ten things that are the same and sell them on the street. Easier said than done I’m sure. Last night for dinner we went out with one of Lu’s friends, the wait was only thirty minutes but there was a ton of people waiting. Dinner was hot pot and the service was excellent, the people here are extremely friendly and I am sure that I am going to enjoy my stay.
