@TheConSept I had many mugen's and after a while it becomes an unbalanced mess. not the games fault, but its not competitive when the characters arent made with the same parameters. and that just shows that pc dont have many good fighing games when you have to make your own.

@knnywilsonone Try M.U.G.E.N. on PC. Street Fighter fans use this to create new moves they don't see in the original games. Plus you can create your own character and move set. Even customize everything down to the effects of a special move. And download other peoples characters to use in the game.
