Hello, The Commandment of making no graven images states fourther in Ex 20 of bowing down and worshiping. God later commands Moses to make graven images in Ex 25. God commands Moses to make a snake on a cross, 2 Big Chrubim over the Ark of the Covenant. god obeys His own commandments. It was about worshiping the images, nat making thgem.
