Thank you SO much. I just finished putting my FIRST desktop together using your guide. Everything seems to be going fine. I just wish you would have given instructions for the power routing. It's the only thing I messed up on but I've got it figured out now.

@redwire95 The ground connection in the electrical outlet. It is the one on the bottom that is a half circle. I would use a outlet tester prior to using it to make sure it is wired correctly for safety.

the idea is to discharge to the metal of the power supply no need to be connected to the wall

@vargasmongo You can only discharge to metal that is grounded. A good conductor is only one criteria for a good ground. Metal can be energized as well yet you would not want to touch it for a ground.
