Why are you wearing a disguise..sunglasses? If you believe in what you are saying. You have an opinion but unless you have studied religion indepth or academically as in religious education, degree, your opinion is surmise whereas historical references in the bible is often based on fact. Whatever your belief or disbelief one day you will find out the truth like everyone else.

As it is said on my channel I'm an ahteist superhero and every superhero needs a secret identity. It is not a matter of what I believe it is what has been written in the Bible. The Bible as a historical or scientific document is woefully underwhelming. There has been no scientifically proven fact for any part of the Bible from Genesis to Judges. No Moses or Joshua; pure fiction. So if it got the stuff we can prove so wrong how can we trust anything else it says about anything else.

I was just being colorful. Sorry historical Jesus is an oxymoronic term. No historical record, outside of the Bible, shows that Jesus ever existed as he was potrayed in the Bible. If you really want an education about what this Jesus really was go to the channel ProfMTH. He goes into great detail in refuting the "historical Jesus" in his various videos.

Isaiah 40:22 states the earth is round. Isaiah 13:10 is written as an order of events, therefore the sun goes dark and the moon then stop shining. Isaiah 20:11, there is no such verse in the Bible, Isaiah 20 ends at verse 6. Joshua 10:12 simply explains prolonging the day. Hebrews followed the movement of the sun in the sky to determine the length of a day. Deuter28:23, brass in the bible refers to judgement. Then 1Kings Ch7:23, just include chapter 26 in your calculation and you will get pi.

6. talking donkey: same thing as the snake basically, except more of that was an intervention on God's point, as God made it so that the donkey could talk. which, if He made the universe, and made it so we could talk, then why not so a donkey could talk?

7. Flat Earth & Moon producing own light: this goes with the translation. the words are important, and have been changed around in English. Hebrew and Greek are 2 of the closest languages available for the Bible. try looking there.

5. talking snake: how do you know it is impossible? or, at least back then. if God created the universe, could He not make it so a snake could talk? though, no one said it was in English, as English was not the language of that time. And, after sin entered the world, a lot of things changed. before sin, the animals did not eat each other or kill each other, but, after sin came in, corruption took place. so, it would then be possible, that we can no longer understand animals (oh wait, we can't..)

3. was some of what was said, as a metaphor, or an analogy, or an example, or a simile? not everything is to be taken Literally, for some of the things said have other meanings, such as Jesus' parables.

4. found in a comment up near the top. lets just say, a LOT of people believe Jesus existed, though they don't believe that He was the son of God. think this was based on historical stuff or what ever.

1. what Bible translation did you use? due to copyright laws, words have to be changed. and, when it comes to the Bible, to get the True meaning of what is being said, one must know the ORIGINAL LANGUAGE it was put in. such as, in the English language, you have One word for Love. but, if you go back to the Hebrew language, you have many types of love. which, in a story in the Bible, makes all the difference. this word difference happens in many places.

Actually I don't follow any religion, I view them all as elaborate con jobs. I take it you mean, when you say "belief in God," you're referring to Xtianity, and you're evidence is that it's been around for a long time. Zoroastrian is the oldest monotheism that is still practiced today, perhaps it's time for you to convert?

Oh, so everyone who uses the Bible is a Pharisee, unless they're use of the Bible fits with your particular denomination of Christianity. Please enlighten me, which cult, err I mean sect, of Christianity uses the Bible correctly.

What I am attempting to get u to understand is, Pharisee were wrong, Jesus fussed at them because they had taken the word of God & changed it to fit their agenda (to benefit themselves). A modern day pharisee is 1 that takes the word of God/bible/Jesus & changes it to meet their agenda or lifestyle, hence the homosexual, who blatantly ignores the will of God who denounced it as an abomination. There are many people with power that claim Christianity but have no true grasp of the religion.
