They sure did dumb down Golden Sun a lot, didn't they? I hate to be one of those nostalgic pricks, but... The first pair of games were more enjoyable.

@jpheitman AGREED. They DID dumb DD down immensely - they didn't know what the hell to do with the story, and the game was a long drawn out, remedial, and BORING experience. It's a shame this game didn't move me AT ALL when I can watch a mere video of the first two games and immediately be pumped into picking them up again. And you're not a nostalgia prick - you just remember how great, maturely built, fantastic, and charming this franchise once was.
