Base stat is if for example if slaking had ev defense ev speed maxed his attack would still be huge but it's just if a pkmn has a highe base stat it's naturally strong in that stat, my slaking is ev trained I defense and spdefence an has 157 attack at lv 50

you also forgot that STAB adds power because they're both normal type.

dont use toxic orb use flame orb. the drop from the burn doesnt lower your attack!

choice band is one of the best items easily, i have a lickylicky named mr blobby lol, that knows explosion with a choice band. if im in trouble, explosion is always one hit kill lol
