  • Man, those things burn hot and fast.

  • @SuperOffgrid yeah I would Imagine so. A lot of plastic, fiberglass, etc not to mention particle board and linoleum. I have the fire extinguisher close by, and I have smoke detectors. I am always worried about the gas furnace though. The way Coachmen designed it the furnace is built into a wooden cabinet. It doesn't seem to have much protection from heat. scary...

  • I saw a vintage Canadian fire fighter buckle on eBay! Have an auction! Get everyone together.

  • @tmtvbctv Heh heh, you were "drving by" weren't you ?

  • When all else fails, read the manual.

  • pack up and git in dare bitch

  • there canadian the rv is either leased or on credit they couldnt afford to have it anymore so they set fire to it ,,,,,, insurance job,,,,, never trust a canadian

  • I feel for the owners. That happened to my family on the way to Florida one year.

  • @redyoshi1985 very fast. It's not the flames, but the toxic smoke that would be produced and quickly kill the occupants.

  • I have a 1976 Coachmen Cabover Camper.. I am currently on the road Staying in.. I was wondering how much time I have in the event of a Fire.. Just how much time I would have to escape.. I have done some Reconstruction on the Camper and it seems that it is constructed out of.. Man it's almost like Balsa wood it seems.. thin little 1 by whatevers and very thin Plywood. I have a fire Extinguisher and smoke detectors. I have 2 exits a top hatch, The front door. How fast do these go up? anyone know
