16 of the world's finest 9-Ball Players from nine nations compete for the title of World Pool Master. The game is 9-Ball, with each match a race to 8 racks with alternate breaks.

@jdbankshot I agree they are completely different styles of games, and require different skills. The real thing is, in truth, what you get used to.

@Membersacc this IS real skill. even if snooker were played on a 9-ball table, i & many others i know wouldn"t play cuz we just don't like it. balls worth points, the re-spotting, the nerdy dress code, etc... has nothing to do with table or pocket dimensions. you gonna compare formula 1 to motocross dirtbiking bcuz they're both motor sports? NFL to rugby? cue sports are cue sports. now can't we all just get along & shoot?
