im used to double tapping to dash
they could have made it like on the wonderswan port that you press down+jump to dash as well

I forgot to mention, that to slide with Rockman, you have to hold down on the D-Pad and press the Jump Button.

Probably from the clipped screen, plus that dash with Forte can only be done by double-tapping the d-pad, which is annoying. And that the game is difficult in the first place...
