Obama was wrong. He said it hasn't worked, "and my guess is we will not see a different report 8 weeks from now." Clearly, this statement was wrong. This isn't about McCain, as he is a nut too. Also, NONE of the wars were worth the cost, but Obama's statement was WRONG.

Obama was correct. The surge was not working when he made that statement. McCain said the surge would not have a negative effect in Afghanistan and clearly it did. McCain also did not want to send more troops to Afghanistan and now he is calling for more troops(that was Obamas plan for years, a plan McCain did not agree with until recently)
