Ask Dr. Mona: My baby has VSD. her notes say no femorals present. is that a bad thing? The letter they sent to me say's a pansystolic murmur was heard all over the precordium. Femorals were present. Echocardiogram revealed a perimembranous outlet VSD there was no aortic regurgitation noted and pulmonary pressure was low. They are arranging for her to see a cardiologist.
