Me singing Lucky with Jason Mraz

About a year ago, I won a radio contest to a private cafe concert with Jason Mraz. I jumped around, screaming like an idiot, I didn't think life could get any better than that.

Clearly, I was wrong. While there, I had the best seat - very close to him, closest table. No one between us. And he was taking requests. And I said,

Me: I wish you could sing Lucky.
Him: Well - do you know the other part?
Me: ......yes?
Him: Wanna sing it with me?
Me: ....................yes?

My amazing friend picked up my camera and recorded the whole thing so that I could prove I'd done it, she wasn't sure if people would believe me otherwise! It was the most amazing experience I've ever had in my entire life.

Ignore the girl in the blue shirt. I don't know her, and her mother pushed her in to sing with me. Jason didn't ask her to sing... But I mean, it's Jason. So even though her mother was a stage mom, and she kind of ruined my moment, and I wish I had a do-over with no other girl, I can't blame her at all. I guess any mother would have done the same for their daughter. It's JASON.

But yes. This was my amazing experience. Once in a lifetime, I think.

Also - ignore my friend singing along in the background. :P

@GleekIAm246 I completely disagree with you - Jason is one of the most talented singers I know of, he sounds incredible live with no mic, no enhancements, no autotune. Glee did not do it "better", they did an excellent cover. This was a very special thing for me and I'd appreciate it if you would keep your negative comments to yourself. Have a nice day.
