I looked up, frowning at her, "You can't tell me, can't you?"

She shook her head, biting her lip nervously.

I nodded, removing myself off her bed, "Okay, well what are we doing today?"

"I have class," she responded.

"Class? What are you taking up?" I curiously asked, fiddling with her curtain as I stared out the window.

"Psychology," she responded, pulling her hair into a ponytail.

I looked over my shoulder as she struggled to tuck a few stray strands into her barrette, "Any psychos?"

She giggled as she shook her head, "None that I can think of."

She stood up, gathering some clothes and a bag full of toiletries, and exited the room.

"Oh," she peaked her head through the door, "Don't go anywhere, okay?"

"Okay," I agreed, hiding her shirt behind my back.

She glared at me then shut the door behind herself and she didn't return until an hour later, only to put her dirty clothes in the hamper and leave again. I remained in her room the entire time, watching television, looking through her pictures, laying on her bed, and tossing a dime into the air and catching it on its way down. As I continued to flick the dime into the air, her name popped into my mind. Gomez. Gomez. Gomez.

Where was she?

I looked at the time on her alarm clock, 3:48. Gomez, where are you?

I opened the door just enough to peak out into the hall. A few stray students wandered the carpeted corridor, texting or carrying loads of book into their rooms. The girl that was texting stopped in front of me and glanced into my eyes.

"You're Nick Jonas, right?" she asked.

Hmmm.

"Yeah, and you are?" I asked.

"Oh," she smiled, "My name is Emma. Emma Roberts."

"No offense, but do I know you?" I asked, scratching the back of my head.

"Now you do," she winked.

Interesting.

She inched closer to me, raising on her toes and leaning into my ear, "You can always have your way with me. I'm not going to fight you off...unless you're into that sort of thing."

Then she pressed her lips against my cheek, "How about it? Room 14B. Tonight. I'll be waiting."

She slowly pulled away, smiling at me with her eyes and licking her lips seductively. My eyes scanned her from head to toe, she wasn't bad. She twirled her hair around her index finger and turned around, taking on last look over her shoulder as she walked away. My eyes trailed down to her butt, firm and full, I bite my lip then snapped back to reality.

"What are you doing?" Gomez snapped.

"What?" I blinked, "Huh?"

"Checking her ass out?" she asked.

"No," I lied.

"You're such a pig," she sighed, pushing past me.

"Hey?" I grabbed her upper arm and pulled her into my chest.

"What?" she snapped, rolling her eyes.

"Look at me," I ordered, cupping her face with my left hand.

She pulled away and sighed, walking towards her desk.

I followed behind her and wrapped my arms around her tiny waist.

"Why are you jealous?" I breathed into her ear, "We're only friends, right?"

"I am not jealous!" she snapped, pulling me off of her.
