  • Ha now it is only like 5.00 dollars @ gamestop

  • @CessiCB I do like Reach's Firefight, I just think it's too easy. You can totally rambo it if you want to. There's no emphasis on teamwork, nor are power weapons essential for winning. In ODST, you had to work together to survive. Get those rockets for the chieftans, watch the fuel rod grunts, grab that laser and kill the wraith. Reach is like SPAM GRENADES AND KILL EVERYTHING WITH UNLIMITED SWORDS AND SNIPERS. Plus, because there was no matchmaking, you were always playing with friends.

I wouldn't have done anything to make it a full game. I would have admitted to it being an expansion pack, regardless of the price. The campaign is great, I never said it wasn't. But as for firefight, I'd rather play Reach's. Reach offers a ton of different options to customise the game to how I'd like to play.

  • @CessiCB Yes, I'm aware that it started out as DLC, and Microsoft forced Bungie to make it a full game. The campaign is 6 hours long, if you run through it, 7-8 if you don't. And it introduced Firefight, which is still more fun than the version in Reach. The campaign was also better than Reach. And what would you have done with ODST to make it a "full game" in your eyes? With the extremely small team,10 month timeframe, and limited budget Bungie had for it?

  • @bgibson36

It started out as an expansion pack (still is), but Microsoft decided to up the price to that of a full game (becuase they're greedy pricks). A three hour campaign, and maps that most people already had is not a full game. It's an expansion pack, with the multiplayer of Halo 3 thrown in to try to justify the full price tag.

  • @CessiCB Then I suppose that's what Anniversary is for Reach, is it?

No. Full game. Gamers today are just arrogant and spoiled and expect a full competetive multiplayer mode or a 500 hour story mode, or they won't call anything a game. I agree that ODST was overpriced, but it was not an "expansion pack."

  • @bgibson36

No, it was an overpriced expansion pack for Halo 3.

  • @apocalypto136 halo 2...good times :)

  • @Beenyad i agree 100%

  • @Beenyad no doubt
