I think the word lapse was mostly due to all that time off. I'm sure he enjoyed the break of getting off the music train for a bit and onto the house decorating rails. I think he was so used to being in a performance groove that he assumed he could just pick up where he left off. Now he's learned that a refresher booster is probably in order to get all primed and ready. Lesson learned.

Poor baby. He's changed up words or lines before but I think that's the first time I've heard him just lose it during a song :-( Aw, we forgive him. It's happens to the best. And he did say before an earlier song that he'd been off for two weeks and forgot some of the songs. I guess he really did! Love him anyway.
