@PolsheVik That is what happening in a capitalist society. If, for example, you're good at playing piano you become a pianist and make money. If you suck and become a pianist then you won't get much money because the people don't want to listen to you.
This is simple economics. If a company offers the best qualitty tv's then the people would buy them. If a company offers bad quallity tv's and the people have a better place to buy them the company would fail.

There would be no point if a criminal who wasn't productive at all would be working somewhere. Someone more productive will take his place. And the guy who was less productive will have to work in a worse job. You don't get paid anyway btw. there's a rule: Money goes to anyone according to their effort, and to anyone according to their skills!
-
@PolsheVik BUT WAIT!! You said that the never got kicked out of thier jobs. But why would you even work then? I mean, if you get paid anyway why work?
-
Obviously, if one was a dangerous to work with, he would get kicked out of job, be punished (fee, or prison in more serious cases), and he'd have to work in a different place.
-
Nope. They worked in jobs they had skills to be in, or wanted to be in, nobody was forced to be eg. a plumber if he wanted to be an IT technician. In opposition to capitalism, if a person wanted to be an IT technician, he had all the universities provided for free, and after a good study he would have a job he wanted to have, on a level he was able to work in. He would never be kicked out of a job, or be exploited/forced to work for long hours.
-
@PolsheVik You stated that there was no unimployent but weren't the people forced to work jobs that they didn't like?
-
There were a lot of new buildings with best quality, there was no pathology in families, no hooliganism, low suicide rate, a lot of industries which provided employment and fast industrial grow of the economy, no debt, no racism, strong and compulsory army (men were actually real men, not sissys) the fact that Poland was actually Poland, when right now we are a fake country, everything comes from USA, free sport activities or clubs after shcool.. could go on forever
-
there's no such thing as socialist proletariat, to start off. I can say that the only decent enough (not perfect) capitalist nations to live in are UK and US, IMO it's still worse than socialist Poland, where I used to live. We had free healthcare, free and best education, a lot of accessories in Pewex shops, very cheap culture(cinema tickets etc costed about 2 pounds), it was really safe thanks to peoples militia, there was no unemployment...
-
@PolsheVik Well that's interesting. Now about something else, could you compare the capitalist lifestyle of today (including yours if you live in a capitalist nation) and the lifestyle of a socialist proletariat who lives in a perfect socialist nation?
-
Socialist nations, there has not been yet such a thing as communism on this Earth. Socialism is a country led by communist who want to make the country communist.
Anyway, I know that in DPRK and Cuba there are computers with most important parts such as GFX and CPU made in the capitalist world (still by proletariat), but less important stuff such as RAM is still made in those socialist countries. I don't have any info on their effectiveness though.
