Listen to this and ponder how the mighty had fallen..it is so bad...totally devoid of any of Gino's usual charms and artistry.
To look for a possible explanation, it was very typical of the 80s 'New Wave' aesthetic, which Gino, ever on the quest for new musical horizons, embraced with foolish gusto. Pack this one into a burning 'Black Car' and banish it to Hades, never to return!

I think this is the time Gino ordered beef lo mein at a Chinese restaurant, but the kitchen gave him veal lo mein and wouldn't own up to it. Gino, in his famous, fair yet firm delivery, demanded to see the chef, who refused to come to his table. Gino thereupon dumped the plate of lo mein face down on the white linen table cloth and recited the quoted dialogue about the chef "not having the balls to come face to face with him," at the table.
I think this is what happened.
