1983 Candice Jones / Donald Fraser (No hands death spiral)

Long time Canadian competitors, 1976 Olympians, and popular professionals. They had one unique move, uncopied to this day -- the no hands jumpover death spiral!! They are also credited with being the first pair to do a one-handed overhead lift!

This defies any of the fomulas I laerned in my physics class. I suppose the speed with which she is going backwards is somehow counteracting the weight of her upper body. In any case, if she hits a rut or even a small bump on the ice, she's straight to the ER.

Muscle tone and nerve development......she just had a knack for controlling that particular body position.......they discovered it accidentally one day in practice....he fell down, and she just kept on going!!!!! truly AWESOME....!!! best wishes

I love love love figure ice skating even though I cannot do it.
