In honor of Mother's Day, West Coast Fertility Centers is offering a free Low-Stim IVF treatment cycle to one qualified patient* who submits the winning 400 word essay.
The winning essay should address the following topics.
1) Why is having a family important to you?
2) What values do you plan to give to your child?
3) How will you teach your child to make our planet a more tolerant place?
Please email all entries to info@ivfbaby.com. You can also mail your essay to us at 11160 Warner Ave., Suite 411, Fountain Valley, CA 92708. The submission deadline is May 14, 2010.
*Certain conditions apply: the selected patient must be under 35 years of age, a CA resident, an FSH hormone level under 8, a normal uterus, BMI less than 30, medically able to carry a pregnancy, must have medical clearance from her Primary physician and OB/GYN physician. The contest is for new patients and the treatment cycle must be completed by September 15, 2010. All entries become the property of WCFC and cannot be returned. The patient selected for the complimentary cycle must be willing to video document her procedure and grant media interviews.
