The Phantom of Leamy Hall (Teaser Trailer)

In 1946 a member of the class of 1949 went crazy, and brutally murdered 14 Connecticut College women on the grounds that are now Leamy Hall. In 1947 the murderer was involved in a dramatic production and played Gregor in Kafka's Metamorphosis. His spirit still resides in Leamy Hall and to this day still takes the shape of a bug to stalk actors and actresses, making their lives a living hell. The recent renovations to Leamy Hall have wakened The Phantom yet again... (This documentary is purely fictional. Or is it?)
