@shawnsbigtube - just saw the video last night. I also apologize - for some reason (probably that it was 2 AM) I may have interpreted your initial comment incorrectly. Glad it is working out for you! We've been doing this for about 3 1/2 years now - not hardcore, maybe attend a club once a month, actually "participate" every couple of months or so - and it's been amazing. Our already great communication and home sex life are both even better. Agree - our society is too uptight.
The problem with this video is they're not completely honest. They have sex with other couples to enhance their relationship? That's not entirely true. Humans are still animals no matter how evolved we want to believe we are. We lust and desire other people sexually. Why do you think infidelity is the number one reason for divorce in the U.S.
On a different note, only one of the women would get some attention from me. That's one bad thing about swinging. A LOT of over-weight people.
@annekb1111: I used to think that way, but I can't ignore the fact that I lust after other women. And, no matter how good any guy thinks he is, women do desire other men. Why do you think the number one reason for divorce is infidelity? I believe if you're able to satisfy your lust, which is natural, you'll have a good relation.
@justus2469: Wow. That response was a year ago. Anyway, I've been swinging with my girlfriend of 4 months for about.......4 months now. :)
We're completely open and honest with what we're looking for and what we both want. Plus, we're older and wise than many of the couples we've come across. People seem afraid to admit that it's alright to WANT others....sexually.
@shawnsbigtube - For swingers, that isn't a worry. What happens if your spouse likes someone at work (or the gym, church, or anywhere else he/she encounters the opposite sex) more than you? In most marriages that results in deceit, dishonesty, cheating, separation, divorce. Those who swing successfully (open and honest - that's how it works and why it works) are able to separate the physical pleasure of sex from the bond of love. We enjoy others, we go home with the one we love.
@brahud Well said. I do not mind if people say it's not for them - I do mind when people try to say it shouldn't be for me or make ignorant, generalized assumptions about the lifestyle.
@annekb1111@annekb1111 For some, yes - for others, no. Marriage is a partnership on all levels. If both partners agree on recreational sex, who is anyone else to judge them for it? Sex is sex - love is love. Very different things. Those who participate in this lifestyle successfully are open and honest with each other and are able to separate the physical act of sex from the love they feel for their life-mate.

@Cody12355 Sex is sex - love is love. Two different things. Some of us are capable of separating the two. Who are you to judge anyone over it?

@cornel10 If it's true that ignorance is bliss, you must be the happiest person on earth.
