(Check out the review at the official review blog: http://itscoolfromsaturn.blogspot.com/2011/10/review-checkered-flag-atari-jag... )
I play a bit of Checkered Flag so you can get an idea of what it's like.
I originally "reviewed" this game blind. You can't review a game if you haven't played it before so I decided to actually sit down, properly play the game and then review it.
I have mixed feelings about this game. It is a true 3D polygonal racer for the Jaguar which is a pretty exclusive club with Club Drive (although technically not a racer) and World Tour Racing being the only two others.
While it lacks texture mapping like World Tour Racing it is still pretty clean and environments generally look good. They do however lack incidental detail.
The game comes apart somewhat due to the erratic, sub 15 fps frame rate and awkward control. It's definitely not a game you want to skip, because I think some people might actually like this after getting used to the frame rate and controls. There are just so many better racers on the Jaguar like World Tour Racing, Atari Karts and Super Burnout that it becomes difficult to wholly recommend it.
Give it a look if you can find it cheap.
Awesome video Andrew! =D
I like your new intro! =)

@ItsCoolFromSaturn Thats cool! =)
Same with mine but im mostly gonna lp games I know a lot about. Super Mario Galaxy wasn't the best thing for me to start with its still a fun game I just think I can make a better lp on a different game. Im still gonna finish it though.

@RadiShineAmigo Yeah, that's why I picked Dino Crisis. Because I was familiar with it. I mean, I hadn't played Dino Crisis in years before it but I am still more familiar with it than some other games :P
