  • No, you have to eat a certain number of calories which include MUFA's with each meal i think. I think the rule is to eat 4 400 calorie meals each containing a serving of MUFAs

  • so, how does this work, in order to become thinner, can u still eat the regular kind of food you would normally eat n just add the MUFAs with ur meals?
