Bike stereo. 150W/channel front and rear facing channels, using Peavey Pro 12 Neo and Triflex System Tweeter drivers. Cabinets made from 32" long 16" dia. Sonotube with 3/4" MDF ends press-fit and glued in with Loctite PL. Ports are 2" long 4" dia. ABS pipe. Pioneer GM-D9500F Class D amp in 2 channel mode. HobbyKing 5000mAH 11.1V LiPo packs. Crossover and 50W L-pads from Parts Express.
Speakers weigh about 25 lbs each, batteries 10 lbs for 6 hours runtime.
Built on an Xtracycle Free Radical with V and H rails and a FlightDeck.
I still haven't turned it up all the way.

  • class D is the ONLY way to go with bike systems.  i miss the original sonic impact i blew, but i have a 25wpc sure waiting for a build.

    nice distinctive setup and REALLY clean sounding.

    i really gotta get my ~500w trailer system put together this summer now that i don't live on a 2nd floor.

    what did you use for cabinets? carboard cement molds?
