@yzetta, I met him last week at the Brisbane Bass Clinic and we hung out after show, because he was in Australia doing solo performances to promote the new BB series Yamaha bass guitars. You're right. He was giving me advice with many things musically related.

Gar Samuelson (Deth's first "real" drummer) died in 1999, liver failure. Cliff Burton of Metallica, the first bassist, died too. 86 bus crash. David Ellefson is alive and well.
