Some highlights from the St. Mary's event of Arden Cogar, Arden Cogar Sr, Kristy Cogar, Kiara Cogar and Carmen Cogar in various events including jack&jill, two man, underhand, standing, stock saw, obstacle pole (oh yeah baby), and hotsaw.
You are soooo asking the wrong fella on that issue. I have yet to have a competent run on the Obstacle Pole. It's an event I never train and likely will never train. Do it twice, maybe three times a year, and normally Chris "The" Bradshaw and I have grudge matches to see who can not be the slowest.
That said, my thought would be that just like any other event, practice makes perfect. Get some good cork shoes and enjoy the training.
