Translation: Who stole my Nana's Zimmer frame (i.e. walking frame that elderly people use to move around), and yes, she has lost 3 stone which is equal to 42 lb in the process of walking around without the help of it!

At first I suspected "three stone slimmer" was some expression meaning ..like, shot full of three bullet holes (after the pursued the Beama thieves?) but now I see that "three stones" = about 40lbs. That's a lot of weight to lose from a firefight.
So, no, I'm back to square one. Have no idea what AG is rattling on about.

@423likeajewel British comedy is much more intelligent and witty. In America you get told when to laugh even in sitcoms ! you also steal pretty much all of our reality shows even the simplest ideas like wife swap..
