vlady was a wings great and so was yzerman and i think its great that both their names are engraved on the stanley cup for the 98 win and number 19 is probably the nicest guy in the world its a shame he went to tampa maybe one day he will make back home as GM after Ken Holland is done we love and miss you both

Glad to see Vlady was walking when I 1st this on tv and now seeing it again makes me even happier. I wish he was still playing he'd b an amazing player for Kronwall and Ericsson to learn from Fetisov would b another great player for them to learn from too. We love u and miss seeing u on the ice Vlady.

i have never watched this without a tear coming to my eye. i remember the night it happened, watching it on the news and going out the next day to where the crash happined to sign the " get well soon sheet" i miss vlady and the rest of " the five"

Everyone who is a Wings fan misses Vlady. His career was cut short by a man who was driving while he was high. It makes me happy to see that he is walking with a walker. Especially since the doctors said he would never walk again. ♥
