@TTHERROR I like George Lynch and I know most of his work 'into the fire' 'alone again' 'kiss of death' and of course 'mr. scary'. Grorge is indeed a good guitar player and there's no disputing that. If I could only play half of what he can I would be satisfied. I just never thought he was a great guitar player, he just doesn't have it. This is not a put down only an opinion.Thank you my friend.

Overdub is exposed during live performances. Still sounds good but it's missing the back fill of the overdubbed rhythm guitar.

Good speed and dexterity! But he forgot to add Feel and Precision which one needs in order to speak through your instrument. It's not just about playing a bunch of notes as fast as you can. It's about projecting your emotions and becoming one with your instrument (that's why Jimi Hendrix is the best of the best). Oh, and his tone is.... Well, he has none.

However you surely need to listen to the non-live studio/album version of Mr.Scary as it is a hell of alot better by far.
Lynch did not even do his own song Mr.Scary justice in this live video performance of it.
So maybe his muscle's slowed him down or altered his playing and then there is age maybe or steroid's etc..
