Great video. I take catch wrestling and we use the russian tie alot. Not for control but for throwing and leg attacks. I have never seen the key lock version. Looks nice and tight. What grip do you like the best? And also why dont you see more of the russian tie in grappling. See it all the time in wrestling. You could please do a video on the quarter nelson and the west point ride. Thanks I like how you explain videos.
