@tristanBOOMify The strike first rule is important as if they are equiped with great weapons, they'll have an extra strength boost, AND be able to strike first.

a special rule you must know the high elves have always strike first special rule but it dont matter anyway but what does matter is if they have higher initiative they can reroll misses =D

@thegorrilaz1 high elves are better skaven have a ton of rules in their book and tons of diferent charts although skaven do have wonky fun things they can include in their army so if that is your thing then you should go for them an example of that would be the warp lightening cannon
