Batman TAS: The Cape and Cowl Conspiracy review

I want to apologize to my possibly 2 or 3 subscribers who were eagerly expecting a new review yesterday and didn't get one. My computer was in the shop getting tuned up, and I couldn't work on it for a while, but I still should have found a way to make it happen. We made a commitment to have a new review on this channel every two weeks, and I failed to meet it this time, and so I am sorry. The good news is the holiday craziness is behind us and we should be able to resume our bi-weekly schedule from here, with a new review Wednesday after next.

So, onto this week's review: 'The Cape and Cowl Conspiracy,' a stubbornly mediocre piece of silliness. Gordon just put in the new Bat-signal, but Gotham's been so quiet and Batman is so bored that he decides to kill some time with a long and totally unnecessary battle of wits with a low-rent Riddler type.
