  • Im surprised you didn't whip up a quick caper, and herb sauce or something to drizzle over the fish.

  • @jahluva2000 ...thanks for your comment.....the only way you will ever eat a Speckled Trout is if you catch it on a rod and reel.....the taste is very unique and delicate and should never be covered up with a sauce.....it doesn't need it! Save the sauce for an old red snapper or that ugly bottom feeder with the lovely name, the tilapia! Be well......keep cooking.

  • @wapoossibi Thanx for the tip. I never had this kind of Trout. I live in the south and river trout is popular and usually served in a sace or served fish and chip style. I will try this fish.
